6.3 EntreAction! – Tools and Stories for Entrepreneurial Education

Entrepreneurship is best learned through stories—real experiences, challenges, and inspiration. The EntreAction! Project, funded by Erasmus+, brings together resources that use storytelling and case studies to enrich entrepreneurial education. This collection includes: - Entrepreneurial Videos on YouTube – interviews with entrepreneurs across Europe. - The Methodological Guide – practical steps for using video storytelling in teaching. - The Case Studies E-Book – authentic entrepreneurial journeys from different countries. - Stories to Inspire the Next Generation – motivational examples and video resources. Together, these materials form a toolkit for educators, students, and aspiring entrepreneurs, combining knowledge with inspiration and showing how every journey begins with a story.

Entrepreneurial Video Stories

On this page you will find a collection of video interviews with entrepreneurs from six European countries – Germany, Bulgaria, Finland, Poland, Portugal, and Turkey. Each story offers unique insights into the challenges and opportunities of starting and growing a business, making these videos valuable teaching materials for students at the partner universities and beyond.

Produced within the Erasmus+ project EntreAction!, the videos are freely available on the project’s official YouTube channel: EntreAction! on YouTube

Methodological Guide to Implementing Video Storytelling in Education

Bringing Stories to Life in Entrepreneurial Education

The Methodological Guide for the Implementation of Video Storytelling in Education, created within the EntreAction! Project, offers teachers and students a practical pathway to integrate video-based case studies into entrepreneurial learning. The guide responds to the digital habits of Generation Z by combining classic case-study learning with engaging audiovisual storytelling.

Structured in three key phases—Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production—the guide provides step-by-step advice, practical examples, and low-cost solutions that allow anyone to create impactful videos using just a smartphone. From planning and storyboarding, through filming and interviewing, to editing and distribution, it simplifies the process while encouraging creativity, digital skills, and critical thinking.

Beyond the technical know-how, the guide envisions a growing digital library of video cases, freely available to the academic community and beyond. By transforming learning into an interactive, story-driven experience, it aims to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and educators alike.

E-Book of Case Studies on Entrepreneurship

Real Stories, Real Inspiration: The EntreAction Case Studies E-Book

The The EntreAction Case Studies E-Book brings together a rich collection of entrepreneurial journeys from across Europe and beyond, offering students, teachers, and aspiring founders a unique window into the challenges and triumphs of starting a business.

Developed as part of the EntreAction! Project, the e-book showcases authentic stories from Turkey, Poland, Portugal, Finland, Germany, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Morocco. Each case study highlights not only innovative business ideas—from slow fashion brands and mobile cafés to tech startups and cultural ventures—but also the barriers faced, strategies used, and lessons learned along the way.

Structured to support entrepreneurial education, the stories combine biographical narratives, problem-solving experiences, and opportunity-driven approaches. They aim to inspire readers to see how passion, resilience, and creativity can be transformed into real ventures. By linking these stories to the broader project goal of case-to-videostory learning, the e-book offers a living library of examples that can easily be adapted into teaching, discussion, and media projects.

More than just a collection of stories, this e-book is a toolkit of inspiration and learning, showing that entrepreneurship is not a straight path, but a journey shaped by personal values, community support, and the courage to take risks.

Stories to Inspire the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs

Stories to Inspire the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs

The Stories to Inspire the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs collection, created within the EntreAction! Project, is a curated set of motivational videos and case-based resources designed to spark creativity, courage, and resilience among young founders.

Drawing on examples from around the world—from Emirati women building restaurants from home kitchens, to students transforming small projects into global ventures—the collection highlights the diverse pathways into entrepreneurship. It includes short, dynamic video snippets as well as longer in-depth interviews, making it easy to engage both classroom discussions and individual learners.

Themes such as perseverance, innovation, leadership, and the power of mindset run through each story, offering relatable lessons and practical insights. By blending success stories from global icons with emerging entrepreneurs’ journeys, the resource shows that opportunities exist everywhere, regardless of background or starting point.

Although the Stories to Inspire volume itself does not feature Africa directly, the broader EntreAction! library does: in the Case Studies E-Book, the story of Akwaba Afrika showcases how two founders turned their passion for African culture, travel, and adventure into a sustainable business connecting people with the continent’s richness.

More than a motivational toolkit, these stories serve as teaching material for entrepreneurial education, helping educators inspire Generation Z with real voices, relatable struggles, and powerful examples of turning ideas into impact.
