Coaching is a process of consultation and support with the goal of developing solutions for specific professional or private problems for the client. Coaching as a solution-, future- and action-oriented process work means that the clients themselves are the experts for the solution of their problems. The clients are the ones who have the resources for their changes and therefore they are the ones who can best decide about their changes and the corresponding strategies. Besides individual coaching, there is also coaching for groups and companies. Here a distinction is made between coaches external to the organization and coaches internal to the organization.
